Football Alberta roster export

Every year the player list has to reach Football Alberta before 15 September. Names that don't arrive are not covered by insurance — so this is one button, not a scramble.

What a valid AGM requires

✗ Accessible bylaws — the rules for electing directors
? A notice period — how far ahead members must be told
✗ A quorum — the minimum number who must attend
✗ A date — currently “we'll finalise it at the AGM”

The phrase “we'll finalise it at the AGM” can't work while these stay unchecked.
