Members & access
Who can see what — controlled by the board, not by whoever happens to hold a password. This page is board-only.

The hierarchy
Each level includes what's below it. Only the top level can adjust permissions.
Public → Family / member → Volunteer → Committee lead → Board (manages access)
Two-administrator rule: there are always at least two board members,
so nobody can lock everyone else out. Try to demote the last one and the demo will
refuse — that's the safeguard working.

What this demonstrates
- Least privilege — a family sees the family area, nothing more.
- The board is the only authority that can change access.
- An audit trail (real build) records who changed whose access, when.
- It survives the person — access lives in the association's system, not in one volunteer's memory.
