This is the part that needs a privacy statement before it goes live.
A player's date of birth, medical notes and emergency contacts are a child's personal
information. The association must publish what it collects, why, and who sees it.

from the moment they're registered, and it runs to 31 December.

association's account and card payments use Stripe's hosted checkout — card details
never touch this website, and money never touches a volunteer's personal account.
